Who handles information
The Maatin project administration handles site enquiries. The legal controller’s name, registered address and designated privacy contact are pending publication; use Contact for requests now. This missing identification must be resolved before paid services or confidential case processing are activated. This notice is not a certification of compliance in every jurisdiction.
What we collect and why
Email newsletter signup is active. Enquiry, registration, applicant and mobile-interest forms are not yet open; their intended processing is described below for transparency.

Consent and other grounds
Newsletter and optional WhatsApp interest are separate choices; neither is a condition of reading the site. Where applicable law allows, enquiries may be processed to respond to your request and technical data for legitimate security and operational purposes, subject to your rights. We do not assume that one checkbox satisfies every jurisdiction’s requirements.
Providers and international processing
WordPress.com/Automattic hosts the site and handles subscriptions, forms and associated platform functions under its policies. Once approved and activated, form messages may also reach the site administrator’s email provider. These services may process data outside your country. External ChatGPT use is separate and subject to OpenAI’s policies; the offline Desk does not send data automatically. A complete processor, transfer-mechanism and region assessment remains necessary before sensitive or paid workflows launch.
Retention and choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. You can ask the administration to access, correct or delete enquiry and applicant data, withdraw optional interest or object where applicable. Requests will be assessed under applicable law and may require proportionate identity verification. Fixed operational retention periods and automated deletion have not yet been established; we intend to minimise retention and publish a schedule before expanded intake.
Sensitive data and children
Do not send case evidence, identity documents, financial credentials, health records, information about children or privileged communications. The beta is intended for adults. Students under the applicable age of consent should not apply or submit personal information without an appropriate lawful arrangement.
Regional rights and safeguards
EU/EEA and UK users may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and regulator complaint where the relevant law applies. Malaysia, Singapore and mainland China have their own requirements for notice, consent, security, transfers and individual rights. US rights vary by state and applicability. Requests and complaints are not restricted by this notice; contact the relevant regulator if appropriate.

Security and limits
No online form should be treated as a confidential legal channel. We have not represented this public site as a secure case workspace, an attorney-client system or a platform with audited security certification. Do not send information merely because a form is available.
